Business Premise License Application
Companies doing business in Malaysia are required to apply for business premise license from the respective Local Authorities. The requirements for the application of a business premise license may vary in each local authority.
Application for business premise license for factory is complicated. Supporting letter from Department of Environment (DOE), Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), and The Fire and Rescue Department should be obtained before your submission can be processed by the Local Authority.
