Manufacturing License Application
Manufacturing license is a legal premise for a company to conduct manufacturing activities in Malaysia under the provision of the Industrial Coordination Act (ICA) 1975. Upon receiving manufacturing license, the entrepreneur should fulfil the following criteria:
- Paid-up capital/shareholder’s fund equal to or more than RM2.5 million, or
- Manpower equal to or more than 75 people
Exemption might be granted by formally write in to the authority if fail to fulfil the above mentioned criteria.
