Trademark Registration
Trademark represents the symbol that can be used to discern the goods or services provided by a trader from others. Trademark registration must be complying with the Trade Marks Act 1976 and the Trade Marks Regulations 1997.
Trademark is varied widely from copyright and patent. A copyright gives protection for an artistic or literary work whereas a patent provides protection for an investor. Apart from copyright and patent, the registered trademark can protect the right of the applicant by preventing others from using the similar mark for commercial use.
